OfficeLeaseCenter.com is an online platform for office space leasing. The client went to CBI with the requirement to build a high-end website that can expand big later with an ambitious plan.
 
With a detailed survey, CBI grasped the "spirit" of the project and "did a great job" (@client) right from the first draft design. You can view the design quality at http://www.officeleasecenter.com/.
 
This site has exciting features like a video library for office spaces for rent, an office listing database that allow users browse and find great offices in New York and make inquiry with the broker/agent easily. The site owners can add new office listings; embed office videos for that listing from YouTube. The site also has a real estate blog that drive quite a lot of visitors to the site.
 
It took 4 weeks for CBI to complete the web development and make the site live on client's hosting. Currently, CBI is the main webmaster for OfficeLeaseCenter.com for client.
