The Best Practices Mission
Best Practices is a non-profit organization that aims to tap into the experience, knowledge, secrets of the most successful CEO’s/business leaders to form best practices usable by all.
The Event
- The concept of the BestPractices event is simple:
- Bring together 2 ultra-successful CEO’s/leaders at a monthly event
- Define their Top 5-10 best practices as a useful take-away for the audience (i.e. recognizing great ideas, creating/recruiting a top team/talent, when and how to finance, etc.)
- A 1 hour + interactive discussion to formulate a short actionable list of best practices that everyone can use to improve their own business practices
Instead of a traditional Moderator, Best Practices will use a Host/Facilitator, Joe Chin, who himself is an serial CEO/Founder and an experienced moderator. (Full Profile)
Joe’s mission will be to work with the CEO’s/leaders on stage to dig deep into their practical experience, both successes & failures, to find proven best practices they’ve used to achieve success and then to define those best practices as a useful take-away for the audience.
The Audience
CEO’s, founders, Vice-Presidents, and any and all business leaders are welcome and encouraged to attend Best Practices monthly events.
Under the interactive Best Practices format, audience members will be encouraged - before and during the event - to contribute their own thoughts and questions to maximize the collaborative effort needed to find true best practices that can work for all.
The History
After attending more than 200 events over 15+ years, Joe Chin recognized a recurring desire among attendees to get more out of the events. Specifically, the desire to gain actionable takeaways based on the knowledge and wisdom of the ultra-successful speakers on stage. Takeaways that will make a difference, the next day, in how they run their companies and businesses.
Based on this premise, Best Practices was formed.
