Accept it. Learn from it. Come back stronger.

Sometimes our work is not appreciated, we are criticized, we get upset. We feel people do not understand us, do not appreciate our hardworking.
However, once we protect ourselves and kick the ball to someone else, we have closed our chance to learn from the situation.
When the situation is negative, we can either react to it, or ask ourselves: "Is there a better way to do it? Is there a faster way to do it?"

These two questions are among the most powerful questions I have learned in my life. It is amazing how helpful they are. It helps us improve ourselves everyday by asking these two questions again and again for every small thing we do.

My favorite quote from a heartfelt movie "The Knight of South Bronx" is the advice the kids got after losing a game: "Accept it. Learn from it. Come back stronger."

The last point is, "Only results count." :-)
